Il Crudo is an institution in Pisa and has been feeding students for decades.

While it has changed over the years, what hasn’t is the great choice of ingredients and rustic character of the place.

I’ve been going here since I was a student back in 2006 and will keep eating their great sandwiches every time I’m back in Pisa.

Ho scelto il crudo con una apericena composta da tagliere,pane e vino con alcune mie amiche ed è stato eccezionale. È diventato da tempo una tappa fissa per tante occasioni soprattutto ogni qualvolta abbiamo in mente con il mio fidanzato un pranzo veloce, dove potercelo godere anche in tutta tranquillità seduti su uno dei tavoli messi a disposizione dall'esercente, spendendo anche poco. Ho fatto anche tappa in questo bellissimo locale con mia madre, ovviamente amante del "cucino io,non mi piace mangiare fuori" ed ha davvero tanto apprezzato il suo panino e si è anche meravigliata quanto poco avessimo pagato in due, in centro a Pisa, soprattutto per la qualità oltre che alla quantità. C'è da sottolineare che a pranzo non è incluso il servizio a tavola, ma tutto sommato il ragazzo nel servirmi è stato molto attento nel mettermi a disposizione un sacchetto dove ha messo i panini e agevolarmi nel trasporto sia di questi che del calice di vino che ovviamente dopo vari assaggi proposti,ho scelto io in base al mio gusto.
