I can't say enough great things about this Italian restaurant! It's a hidden gem in Pistoia that I keep coming back to. Francesco, the owner, is incredibly welcoming, and dining here feels like being at your grandma's house, with that warm and inviting atmosphere.

The truffle spaghetti is a true masterpiece, bursting with the rich and earthy flavor of truffles. It's easily the best pasta I've ever had, and I can't get enough of it.

And the steak, oh my! It's the epitome of premium quality and taste. Each bite is a savory delight that lingers on your palate.

I've dined here three times now, and I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else when I'm in Pistoia. This place has perfected the art of Italian cuisine, making it an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable...

Sul cibo non possiamo dire niente , è sul resto che c’è da mettersi LE MANI NEI CAPELLI!!! Ho organizzato una cena di COMPLEANNO portando al ristorante ben 25 persone (cosa che a Pistoia non vedi facilmente) , mi ero già organizzato col titolare di fare una tavolata unica ed invece arrivati la ci avevano messo in due tavoli senza neanche avvertirmi, tra l’altro mancavano 3 posti e un ragazzo con la clavicola rotta appena operata è dovuto rimanere in piedi insieme ad un altro per circa 15 minuti vagando e chiedendo dove avrebbe potuto accomodarsi. Neanche il tempo di sedersi iniziano a portare il mangiare ancora prima che ci si sedesse in modo che noi non potessimo neanche dire niente sul tavolo e i posti mancanti.Ci avevano espressamente detto che avremmo potuto richiedere da mangiare quando alla prima richiesta ci hanno detto che se volevamo ci avrebbero portato tutt’altro piatto e non quello che avevamo chiesto .. la cosa più incredibile è stata alla fine quando io da festeggiato mi sono offerto nel caso avessero avuto dei dolci come una torta tipo di pagarli , mi ha risposto il titolare dicendomi che aveva i dolci alla carta . Gli ho risposto che non c’erano problemi di farli vedere ai ragazzi ma quando si è presentato al tavolo ci ha proposto invece di tutti i dolci due biscottini e vin santo per tutti quasi a offrirli. Non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema se non fosse che arrivato per pagare il mio conto non era più 38€ come tutti ma era 120€ , per due biscotti e un vin santo che non volevamo neanche e ci ha proposto lui non avendo voglia vista l’ora di mettersi a preparare gli altri dolci . Lui se ne era già andato ed io ho esposto la situazione alla cameriera che urlandomi e non facendomi parlare mi ha minacciato di chiamare i carabinieri e dicendomi che con il proprietario non avrei potuto parlare . È finita col cuoco(l’unico che purtroppo non centrava niente ed è stato anche gentile)che mi ha portato in cucina da solo cercando di parlare col proprietario nell urlio generale della cameriera e restituendomi 50 euro a nero dalla cassa per non creare marasma che ovviamente alla fine si è creato . Come ho detto all’inizio DA METTERSI LE MANI...

What probably explains the very mixed reviews for this restaurant is that you have to be very careful what you order. The carciofi fritti are fabulous. So is the bread, prosciutto, olives, olive oil. But the verdure ‘da orto’ haven’t seen a garden in quite some time and were also burnt. The special of chicken and rabbit was poorly cooked and poor quality.
