A really nice bakery with super tasty focaccia! We bought focaccia and bread every day when we stayed in Polignano a Mare. The staff was really friendly and nice, he was patient to answer all my questions (about Bari special focaccia:) ) and always smiled! Se siete alla ricerca di pane fresco e prodotti da forno preparati con amore e passione, il Panificio San Marco SNC è il posto giusto! La qualità dei suoi prodotti è semplicemente eccezionale. Il pane, sempre croccante fuori e morbido dentro, ha un sapore autentico che ti ricorda quello fatto in casa. Ogni volta che entro, sono accolto dal profumo irresistibile di impasti appena sfornati.

Ma non è solo il pane a fare la differenza: le focacce, biscotti e taralli sono un vero capolavoro.

Il personale è sempre cordiale e disponibile, e l'ambiente, pur essendo piccolo, è molto accogliente, come se fossi a casa di un amico. Il panificio è sicuramente un'istituzione del quartiere e, ogni volta che passo, mi ricorda la tradizione e l'arte della panificazione che non passa mai di moda.

Consigliato a chiunque voglia assaporare il vero gusto del pane, preparato con ingredienti di prima qualità e con un pizzico...
