Ristorante Pa' & Vi' - Cucina di mare — Restaurant in Polignano a Mare

I ordered the octopus, and it was, without a doubt, the worst octopus I have ever had in my life—bitter and rubbery beyond belief. When I informed the waiter, he simply shrugged and asked if I wanted something else, showing no concern whatsoever. Despite the dish being completely inedible, I was still charged the full price, and nothing was offered “on the house” as compensation.

My friend ordered the tuna steak, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst she had ever tasted as well—dry and completely lacking flavor. To make matters worse, the fries smelled of old, rancid oil, making the entire meal even more disappointing.

This was by far the worst dining experience we had during our trip. I would never recommend this...

Great dining experience! My family and I booked a reservation here as it was close to the center of Polignano a Mare. We got a table in the main dining area right next to the open plan kitchen. The server was very nice, helpful and lively. As he was the only server, I thought service would suffer, but it did not. The food he recommended was flawlessly executed and were the perfect portion sizes. I found that in Italy sometimes the pasta dishes are too large and then you're too full to go for a secondi or dolci. Here the pasta was a good size, tiramisu was also good size for 1 or 2 people to share. I would recommend the purple rice as an appetizer and the bottarga gnocchi (if you're a fish lover). Very nice dining...

Ho avuto l'opportunità di pranzare in questo ristorantino situato nel cuore di Polignano a Mare. Il locale è molto accogliente, piccolo ma carino, con pochi tavoli, il che crea un'atmosfera intima e rilassata. Tuttavia, il servizio ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Sebbene il cameriere fosse sempre presente e attento all'inizio, il suo comportamento è cambiato durante il pasto, soprattutto dopo l'ordinazione del dolce.

Il coperto, che ammonta a 2,50€, mi è sembrato eccessivo rispetto alla tovagliaglia di carta, che non si addice ad un ristorante che si propone come di una certa qualità. Le aspettative erano alte, ma purtroppo sono state deluse, soprattutto con il dolce. Ho ordinato un tortino al cuore di cioccolato, che dovrebbe essere servito caldo. Tuttavia, mi è stato portato freddo. Quando ho chiesto di riscaldarlo, sono stata trattata con un po' di scetticismo, e nonostante fosse riscaldato, il cioccolato al centro si è cotto, annullando l'effetto "cuore caldo". Alla fine, mi è stato portato un tortino al cioccolato classico, che non aveva nulla a che fare con quanto descritto nel menù.

Anche il limoncello servito caldo è stato una sorpresa sgradevole, poiché dovrebbe essere freddo.
