Tandoori taste — Restaurant in Prato

It is very unlike me to give one star ratings as I know how it can affect businesses…but I just can’t let this go. My husband found a piece of plastic in his food and we completely lost our appetite and couldn’t continue eating. It completely ruined our mood. To make matters worse, the man (who I assumed was the owner)showed zero remorse and said it wasn’t possible as they cook with steel pots and pans…even after we showed him the piece of plastic. He refused to acknowledge the seriousness of it even though my husband could have choked on the plastic. He didn’t even have the decency to not make us pay for the meal as any other restaurant would have done because it would have been the right thing to do. He just wanted to get paid one way or another. I am seriously disgusted by the lack of morals on the restaurant’s part.

Aside from this incident, food is just ok. Below average. If you’re just looking for something cheap, I guess this will do, but there are much better places to get Indian food in Italy. This...

Ottimo ristorante, piatti squisiti dai sapori autentici. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, anzi direi il migliore tra tutti i ristoranti di cucina indiana che ho provato in Toscana (e non sono pochi). Il proprietario è molto gentile, ci ha consigliato dei piatti forti della sua cucina che consiglio di assaggiare. I Naan sono probabilmente i più buoni assaggiati finora (soprattutto quello alla frutta secca), anche dolci sono veramente deliziosi, ci ha fatto assaggiare un dolce inventato da loro, tipo una crema speziata che era fenomenale... Anche i pakora di melanzana di antipasto erano buonissimi, non li avevo mai visti in altri ristoranti. Consiglio a tutti di provare la cucina di Tandoori Taste, io personalmente non vedo l'ora di...
