I was here like a part of a touristic group, so idk how good is this place properly, because I didn't have any chance to order by myself food, company book for us probably the cheapest thing's on the menu so I wasn't too much satisfied by food that I get. Wine contain less grape juice and more water, pasta with pesto almost tasteless and desert was like a pice of apple tart from supermarket the cheapest one with some fat cream but fish and potato was really delicious just the portion was small . Siamo tornati per la seconda volta al Ristorante Caligo e possiamo dire senza dubbio che è uno dei posti migliori dove mangiare a Rapallo. La posizione è fantastica: si cena con una vista spettacolare sul Castello di Rapallo, soprattutto dalla terrazza, che crea un’atmosfera davvero unica, perfetta sia per una cena romantica sia per una serata tra amici o in famiglia.

Il personale è super gentile, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale va al maître, che è un vero professionista: cortese, attento e capace di far sentire ogni cliente importante, senza mai essere invadente.

Per quanto riguarda la cucina, un complimento particolare va allo chef Daniele, che riesce a trasformare la sua passione in piatti delicati, bellissimi da vedere e, soprattutto, squisiti da mangiare. I sapori sono equilibrati, le materie prime di grande qualità e la presentazione dei piatti è sempre molto curata. Si percepisce davvero la cura e l’amore per la cucina.

Un altro aspetto positivo è che nel 2025 i cani sono ammessi senza alcun tipo di problema, il che rende il Caligo una scelta perfetta anche per chi viaggia con il proprio amico a quattro zampe.

In sintesi, il Caligo è un ristorante dove ci si sente accolti e coccolati, si mangia benissimo e si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Torneremo...
