The food was ok but the service was absolutely terrible. We reserved a table for 4 person the day before and when we got to the restaurant they did not have our reservation and they also gave a table to two people which arrived after us, ignoring us for 15 minutes. “Luckily” we got a table and we ordered a starter and a main dish (tagliatelle al ragù), they did not bring any bread to eat. After 45 minutes the starters hadn’t arrived yet and so we asked the waiter. After some time they finally arrived. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our main dishes and we had to ask for bread and parmesan a few times before they brought it. After that we immediately paid and left because we spent two hours sat there. Tip: don’t get any type of piadina because they bring you bread and the ingredients and you have to make that for yourself and it’s not even good. The table behind us waited 45 minutes too for those “””piadinas”””. Also the staff was really disorganized and in a bad mood. Disrespectful...

Very bad. Service per customer is 3 euros. They dont print receipts. The service is terrible. The table was dirty and pigeons were on tables around us and eating our food after us. “Service” that we payed for included throwing cutlery on our table and dirty napkins. The prices are not mentioned on the menu and gluten free stuff is paid 1.5 euros more without mentioning it. Dont go there! And bartender was very rude. Answer to your lies: I didn't even say that you can do something about pigeons, but it's not normal for them to eat food from the table. Also, tablecloths were not clean. Your waiter brought utensils and threw them between us, don't lie. I don't know what kind of service you charge. My friend and I dropped in for a Monday evening dinner early to catch a quiet corner. Decor shows a quaint eatery with adequate ambience. I had a plate of tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini plus a side dish of grilled vegetables. I really enjoyed the meal. Pasta was al dente, satisfactory good size shrimp, a mix of grilled veg was delightful. My friend enjoyed the ricotta and spinach ravioli with a side green salad. All were delicious. The server was polite and checked on us a couple of times. As like all other restaurants, they don't like to do separate checks. The owner was complaining to our server.
