We had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable dinner at Teatro in Piazza! It was a true delight, discovering authentic Italian flavors, and we were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of our server, Tatiana.

We came when there were a few people. Inside the restaurant looks good. The waiter gave us an Italian menu and told that later he will give an English version (that was great). That was the last time when we felt hospitality towards us: guests who came after us received an English version menu at the begging (while we still were waiting for our and received it after a reminder) the same guests ordered their food and it was ready just 10 mins after order (while we were waiting for two pastas for 40 min) everybody who ordered wine received a wine glass (while we were drinking from small glasses for water) pastas that came after 40 min were too salty everybody received focaccia (exept us) To sum up, the couple who was sitting next to us had a good experience while we were “forgotten” by the staff of this restaurant.

The oysters had an indescribable taste—not in a good way. Thankfully, after we brought it up, they removed them from the bill.

We asked about the wine price more than three times but never received a clear answer. In the end, all we were told was: “It’s not expensive.”

Hot dishes took a very long time to arrive. They tasted good, but the portion of the seafood soup was noticeably small compared to other restaurants.

When we were leaving, we asked if someone could help us call a taxi. The staff kept passing the request around, and no one seemed willing to assist. Eventually, we were told, “Of course!”—and handed a business card to call the taxi ourselves. If we were fluent in the language and familiar with the area, we wouldn’t have needed help in the first place.
