The WORST experience ever! The food was extremely greasy, the pasta was floating in oil. We explained to them that we could not eat it, having stomach problems. They offered to cook sometinng else for us, but we decided to leave anyway because we were afraid of getting something similar. WE STILL INSISTED ON PAYING AND WE DID PAY FOR THE FOOD, saying we appreciated the effort to cook it. What shocked us was that we were cursed in Italian when the food was taken from the table. When we told them we could understand "vaffanculo", they laughed heartily. Worse and more disgusting than the food is just the behavior of the staff!

  • Later edit No wonder the staff is so rude when the owner himself responds like this. We expected an apology, considering that we paid for a meal that we didn't even touch and we were insulted!! Horrible! Your advice is useless because we specified before ordering that we wanted non-fried food because we have some stomach issues. We ate in multiple other places in Italy without problems. It is the first time we refused the food we ordered. Carbonara looked far from delicious and I don't think it would have been ok for anyone. We showed the picture to some italians and they confirmed that we were right to refuse it! We paid as a sign of respect for the cook's effort and after that we were insulted. We leave the reader to judge the situation :)

"You can't please everyone". It's a lesson your staff needs to learn too :). We POLITELY refused the food, without making a fuss. We just wanted to pay and leave. Your employee was offended that we had the "audacity" to not eat it and swore at us in Italian, in front of us, thinking that we would not understand. We're not Italians, but we're not from Mars either :)) ! When I told her that we know what "vafancullo" means, she laughed loudly with her colleagues. The food is not the biggest problem at your restaurant. Not even the poor hygiene of the tableware. The employee's behavior is unacceptable! This review would not have existed if your employee had accepted that we simply do not appreciate the food. It is your choice not to respond. Our goal is for people who read to think twice before...

Went there tonight and from start to finish we were annoyed. We were hounded to order food right away. We ordered a bottle of wine and then just kept being pestered to order so we did and didn’t realize we ordered way too much food for two people. Oh well what was more annoying was the attitude of the young server. She was constantly rolling her eyes at customers giving attitude if someone asked her something. Her bf was sitting at a table drinking wine glass after glass and she kept making fun of people with him. It was disappointing. Didn’t appreciate paying over $100 euros for that kind of service. The food was okay. But not great and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The restaurant we wanted to go to was closed on Monday and when we asked our airbnb host about this one she didn’t seem overly impressed but I thought we would try. Disorganized and strange menu. Go else where. You will be disappointed with this place guaranteed. If I could give 0 for service I would. If you have the girl with long braids go to...

Went for lunch today, first of all I asked where is the toilet, waitress with braids showed me where it is and left,I was standing there for 10 minutes near the door, nobody coming out and she clearly saw that, when I told her that nobody is coming out of there, she wawed and me with her hand showing me that I should wait, afterwards she took her distance controled key and opened it. Does that seems normal customer service? If you charge 2.50Eur for service per customer, you should also teach your waitresses that service starts from the moment customer enters your restaurant stepdoor! Leave person in need of toilet like this is just outrageous. Food was very everage-spagetti Carbonara were just swimming in plate of fat(meat black and overbacked),so will not come back and will not recommend your...

Should've known what to expect based on the price. We saw the 10 euro wine tasting + charcuterie and had to try it. Don't. It's a waste of time and stomach space. We got 2 half glasses of wine and the board of some veggies + bread with spread and it was quite literally bad. Wine was fine--we don't really drink wine so can't really tell the difference between good and bad wine. The bread was stale, dry, and cold. Spreads were making it marginally more edible. The veggies on the plate were also clearly old and not fresh (they were browning). We ended up taking a few bites and leaving after finishing the wine.

I say pass. The only plus is that the girl who served us was friendly, otherwise this place is terribly overpriced for what they offer. We got their wine tasting offer, it was two glasses of local wine (far from good) and some finger food (some bread with toppings, cheese and some slices of vegetables). We payed for this around 20 EUR. I'd suggest instead of this going to the supermarket, get some focaccia, pesto sauce, cheese and wine and have a picnic somewhere near the vineyard. I spotted a few nice places for that. :)
