The contrast with the crowded cinqueterre was enormous and allowed us to relax while eating really good food, some really unexpected as the vegan tuna. Also the prices are much cheaper and they speak really good English, which makes an excellent choice for a stop.

We stumbled across this quiet and hidden gem on the long walk between Manarola and Corniglia. It has a spectacular backdrop of the coast line and I would highly recommend planning to stop for anyone doing the same walk. A beer and a juice kept us going for the rest of the walk!

Carinissimo chiosco in sasso contornato da grazioso giardino con tavoli e sedie all'ombra degli ulivi. Moltissimi snack dolci e salati. Brioches, paste e dolcetti, oltre ad un'infinità di bevande. Dal vin brulè alle birre, vini, aperitivi e bibite. Gustosissime focacce e panini imbottiti preparati al momento che accontentano tutti i gusti, dal mare (con tonno) ai formaggi (feta, formaggio tartufato) al pulletbeaf, cotoletta, e burger con diversi condimenti (peperoni, porcini, ecc). Insomma un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove poter gustare ottime pietanze accompagnate da fresche bevande all'ombra degli ulivi, da soli o in compagnia. Consigliatissimo

What an amazing find along the trail between Corniglia and Manarola. So many vegan/veggie options and drinks for a bargain price. €8 for a BOTTLE of frizzante. We had the focaccia sandwiches, the vegan 'pulled beef' and vegan deep fried 'chicken/meat' which were both really tasty and an excellent vegan tiramisu. (They also have non vegan options). Great view of the vineyards and a beautiful peaceful setting in the garden. Must stop here when passing...

We found this little hidden gem by accident while driving between the crowded touristic towns of the cinque terre. If you are looking for a quiet place to have a good glass of wine under the shadow of beautiful olive trees, don’t hesitate! Excellent service , good local wine for a more than honest price: a perfect pick to spend quality time. If you liked the products, you can even find them at the cantina a couple of minutes...

Amazing little find on the higher path from Corniglia to Manarola. 90% of the menu is vegan (and incredibly tasty) but they also do a couple of meaty dishes for those who prefer to eat animals. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the wine is lovely (and incredibly cheap). Would highly recommend as a stop off point when hiking - you won't regret it! The gardens etc are also beautiful and overlook the gorgeous...
