We had the worst experience here. It was our first time in Rome on a short trip, and since we didn’t know italian, as we were only transiting through Italy, ordering was very difficult. The blonde lady at the billing counter did absolutely nothing to help us. We clearly requested take-away, yet she still served the pizza with cutlery. When we asked her to pack it, she started making faces at us. To make matters worse, the pizza was absolutely pathetic, and we ended up going elsewhere despite spending money here.

That woman needs to go!!!...

Siamo tornati in questo Alice dopo molto tempo e sicuramente non ci torneremo MAI PIÙ. La pizza è buona ma il personale è inaccettabile. La signorina con un generoso decoltè, non particolarmente coperto tanto da rendere visibile un tatuaggio, aveva una t-shirt orribilmente SPORCA . Stava flirtando con un ragazzo un bel po' alto che parlava senza mascherina proprio sopra alle bilance delle quali solo una è protetta dal plexiglas che riesce a "parare" le inevitabili droplets. Il comportamento della signorina non ha importanza...sono giovani... ma la divisa sporca all'inverosimile non si può proprio accettare in un posto che vende cose da mangiare. E la mancanza di un qualsiasi "riparo" per le bilance che si trovano ad altezza della bocca di chiunque non è né igienico, né corretto e né rispettoso. In altri Alice che frequento ci sono i plexiglas protettivi ben più grandi delle bilance e si può essere un po' più sicuri che nessuno abbia respirato (o peggio) sul piano dove sarà pesata la pizza che mangeremo! La pandemia non ha insegnato niente? Abbiamo preso la pizza da asporto ma l'abbiamo gettata nei rifiuti senza toccarla... Mai più Alice Pizza a via...
