Not a pleasant experience. Not the same service for one person unless you have more in your party. Order or wine may be forgotten. May find foil in your food.

To begin, I was not greeted very quickly. Several waiters and staff walked by before someone finally greeted me. I was sat right inside waiting for an outside table to open up. Ordered a glass of wine and bruschetta. Then ordered food while I waited to be seated outside.The table outside opened up right after I received my wine. 15-20 minutes past and I'm had to ask where the bruschetta was! They completely forgot about it!!! 2-3 min later it came with my side salad that was supposed to come with dinner. Then as I am eating my salad (argula and cherry tomatoes) I find a piece of foil!! 😳So I gave the plates away and informed two staff members. No one said I'm sorry or anything. I ordered another glass of wine thinking eh ok let's move on. Several minutes later my main course came and still no sign of the wine. 👎🏻 I finished my main course which was literally chicken with a lemon sauce ( I was thinking it was different) and no wine still. Finally I said forget the wine and I want to bill. The bill said I had a basket of bread which I did not so had to ask to have them take that off. I informed the 3rd person now waiting on me about my experience.. nothing was said or done. Needless to say I will NOT go back. Neapoli pizzas are excellent. Both salami and diavolo are very tasty. Spagetti with fruti di mare are fresh and good. Food 5/5. Staff 2/5!

The waiter was very moody and first tried forcing us to order fish. All people on the table had to tell at least 5 times that we do not wish fish... still he insisted so hard that all of us thought of leaving. Then he started to carry unordered items and put them on our table. And then he hides so we cannot order, nor return the items he brought... After I said that I specifically refuse the sparkling water to the manager and I want to return the unordered bread (bread with pizza and pasta?!), then we got a very friendly girl for a waiter. BEWARE: My wife and I were given a seat and never shown a menu. The waiter came with a platter of fresh meat and fish and strongly recommended the special of the day, namely Mediterranean Sea bass. We agreed. To our amazement, the bill came back at 92 euros. That small fish my wife and I shared cost 66 euros. I expressed my discontent and had the manager cut the price down to 70 euros. He had the audacity to blame us for not reviewing the menu beforehand when we were never given one. After leaving, I checked other reviews for this place, many of which describe the same scam.
