We had a horrific new year’s eve experience. On a special night like that, you expect the staff to not be rude. The man with the hand tattoo were mainly the issue. Seemingly, he was the manager.
List of things that went wrong (please note there were plenty of more to add):
• They gave us a table close to the entrance where it was cold. Right besides a fire extinguisher with tons of cords etc. When we asked for a table change we were met by a threat, either accept this table or leave.
• We ordered the champagne menu. They missed it and didn’t want to offer us the ”package” which had a 5 euro difference. I showed proof that we ordered said package and the waiter replied ”I don’t know”. After 10 minutes of discussion the champagne was brought to us. They just simply put the bottle of champagne on the table, no ice / bucket or anything.
• They gave us the wrong food twice. Didn’t even apologize.
• We didn’t get the food at the same time.
• We heard other people sitting outside complaining that it was cold and the heat lamps were not working.
• Mens bathroom had no lock. You just had to hope someone didn’t try to enter.
• As a vegetarian they gave me the fish dish but without the fish. It was terribly weird.
• Overall extremely poor service/attitude in general. Only one person could speak English. Very rude and didn’t care about anything. You could see the staff was fighting with eachother the whole evening.
• Very bright light. Did not make for a cozy/good...
Read moreI ate 3 dishes (originally ordered 4) and paid for the 3. I start by saying the waiter was clearly discriminating among customers: he didn’t serve us starter while he did at other tables. He checked at other people while he didn’t at our table. He served all food at once in our table and pretended he cannot understand english in our table while he was communicating in english with the other tables. That said, the quality of food was so bad that I had a very upset stomach and threw up the food. The food you see their pictures are not being served somehow and were missing on the menu. All dishes had similar sauce and fruits for presentation. It was so obvious that every food ingredient was old, even the seafoods and that’s why I was feeling sick afterwards. And the presentation of the food was perhaps the only good thing in this place.
They also charged us fee for dining in which normally restaurant do not do especially if their food is...
Read moreI would like to share my opinion regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. While the food was not bad, it was not exceptional either. I had oysters, tartare beefsteak, crab-stuffed ravioli, and what was labeled as tiramisu, but it didn't resemble the traditional dessert. Overall, I would rate it 8 out of 10.
Unfortunately, the service was subpar. One of the waiters brought the bread while talking on the phone. No one inquired about the quality of the dishes, and they engaged in conversations among themselves, including the owner, instead of attending to the customers' needs. In my opinion, it falls short of the standards required for a Michelin star. Additionally, it's important not to get carried away by serving...
