We’ve been in Rome for three days and every night we came here. Women staff were very well working and organized. Drinks are well prepared. However, our last night (june 24th night) was a bit disappointing because of short staff. There was amazing street music but two waiters/bartenders etc are not enough for this space. Noone was looking at tables. We have to go to bar to give our orders every time. There was a women with walking disability, she had to wait at least 20 minutes to order and then they left. I understand, two men is simply is not enough for that space. There should be more staff but that’s not my problem as a customer. The thing is our table was very dirty because of the customer before us, the table was not cleaned after we sit down. We had to order for ourselves by walking to the bar EVERY TIME. I am ok for all this, i had no problem doing all that, I can walk to the bar. The problem is when we were paying for our tab, the waiter tried to force us to give him a tip. And I said you did not even come to our table to get orders, and refused to tip him. And then he walked on me and argued with me. I do not have to tip for a dirty table and for a poor service. I am not against tipping, we tipped the musicians very well actually, because they did their job. If you’re short staffed and did a poor job then do not force customers to tip you. So, instead of walking on women, force your boss to hire more...

While I was paying the bill at the counter, my wife passed out due to heat, hitting the deck with the back of her head. Our hero called an ambulance and kept confirming progress and providing assistance as best they could. Result, 4.5 hours in A&E so was seriouse. So grateful to the staff and before hand I had declaired that this was my new local during my stay in Rome. Part of this review is to let him know wife is ok now and to say thanks as we didnt get the chance to call back and let him know. He can be proud of...
Read moreMy husband stumbled into this gem! $2.15 USD cappuccinos. They have wonderful patio seating with great music and service. I enjoyed a freshly squeezed OJ, cappuccino, and a chocolate croissant. Delicious. All 3 cost me $6 USD.
Much better than Starbucks, and so much more affordable.
They also serve all types of wines and alcoholic beverages, as well as sandwiches and other pastries.
Breakpoint, it's directly across from the Roma Termini and bus station. I particularly enjoyed the local vibe atmosphere.
Shout out to Andre and Fatima. I hope I've said their names correctly. They know who I am referencing if they read this.
Try them out....
