Fax Factory — Restaurant in Rome

My friends and I stumbled upon this café and absolutely loved it! Everything was on point – from the aesthetic and cozy vibe to the friendly staff. The food was good, beautifully served, and the prices were more than reasonable.

One big plus: it was the only café where we were served a glass of water with our coffee for free– a small gesture that meant a lot. The music was cool, the tram stop is just a few meters away, and the overall atmosphere made it the perfect place to start our day.

While most people come to Rome for the famous attractions, for us, nothing compared to the joy of starting our mornings here with a quiet breakfast and coffee. If we ever return to Rome, we’ll definitely look for this...

Overall experience is good. Espresso and coffee blend served - very good. Yet, oat milk even though they have it, its sweet and that is a big no-no for coffee lovers like myself.

Many locals come to enjoy the atmosphere and morning chitchat - its lively and warm and fun. This unfortunately made our bartender distracted that he forgot to bring me my coffee and made me wait for half an hour. Since I am unforgiving tourist when it comes to my morning coffee I am not sure if I will come back, but for the rest of you, adventurous souls, my warm recommendation if you are in the area.

Good vibes, inclusive, specialty coffee. DEAFENING music, slow to non-existent service, never got one of the things we ordered, stale bread, too little avocado for 8 euros. Also if you're going to be this slow with the service, stop telling people "we will come get your order" the second we step inside and let us take our coffee from the counter, it's fine. 20 minutes nobody comes and another 10 minutes after the "we will come". The atmosphere is fine and all but you happen to serve food and both the "serve" and the "food" aspects are disappointing, what are we supposed to...
