Dehors squallido, sporco, con sedute scomodissime, nessuna copertura, in balia di piccioni e macchine parcheggiate di fianco al tavolo. E già questo basterebbe a far desistere eventuali avventori. Ma la vera pecca è il servizio. Per essere serviti al tavolo, dopo 10 minuti di attesa fuori, bisogna alzarsi ed affacciarsi all’interno: forse, dopo altri 5 minuti, arriverà qualcuno per chiedere al Cliente cosa desidera ordinare. Se a farlo è un uomo sui 40 anni, preparatevi ad un servizio estremamente sgarbato, scortese e disattento.

Consumerete la vostra colazione su un tavolo traballante, ancora sporco dei rimasugli del “servizio” precedente, tentando di non farvi rubare i resti di cibo dai molti piccioni che gravitano intorno, ma la pagherete come una colazione in uno dei locali pluripremiati nelle zone più centrali di Roma. I lieviti? Estremamente grassi, pesantissimi. Dicono che usano un eccellentissimo burro francese, ma la difficoltà nel digerirlo suggerisce il contrario. Volete una conferma sul savoir-faire del titolare? Basta leggere le risposte maleducate, arroganti e assolutamente non professionali alle recensioni negative: sono un’ottima rappresentazione della serietà del locale. It was randomly closed on a Wednesday without any warning online or on Google Maps which is a shame. When they were open their pain au chocolat was exquisite though so was their cappuccino. They offer a vide range of baked goods from the aforementioned chocholate stuff through berry-stuffed croissants and pies to carrot cake. Not 5 stars because of the unforseen disurbance in opening hours, but nice and tidy place otherwise. Servers were really chill...

🇬🇧 We have been at the end of March in Rome for 4 days and had Breakfast every day here: It was every day a great experience! We got every day a table straight away even though the bakery was always pretty full, the food and coffee were very good and the service was extremely friendly and quick. The atmosphere is totally lovely! The croissants were fresh prepaid and fresh filled directly there and the best I've ever eaten. 🥐 Thank you 😊

🇩🇪 Wir waren ende März für 4 Tage in Rom und haben jeden Tag hier gefrühstückt: Es war jeden einzelnen Tag ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir haben immer sofort einen Tisch bekommen obwohl die Bäckerei jedes Mal ziemlich voll war, das Essen und Kaffee war sehr gut, und Service äußerst freundlich und schnell. Ambiente extrem gemütlich! Die Croissants wurden jeden Tag frisch zubereitet und frisch befüllt, waren bisher die besten die ich je gegessen habe! 🥐 Danke! 😊

🇭🇺 Március végén voltunk 4 napig Rómában, minden nap itt reggeliztünk: Minden alkalommal nagyon jó élmény volt. Rögtön kaptunk asztalt holott a pékség mindig nagyon forgalmasnak tűnt, az étel és a kávé nagyon jó volt, a kiszolgálás is nagyon kedves és gyors volt. A hangulat nagyon kellemes itt!
