Kung Fu Resturant — Restaurant in Rome

This was very disappointing. This was my Familys first time in Italy and we chose to eat at this resturant because we love Asian Cuisin and saw that the review was okay. We spoke english because We dont speak Italian, but many of the people working there didnt speak english and spoke Italian to us when We clearly didnt understand. The few of the people that did speak was nice in the beginning. I soon discovered that the shrimp We had ordered in one of the meals still had poop in them. Me and my Family owns a Sushi resturant Where We do sell shrimp and We do take out dirt from it and clean it before serving. When We spoke out about this, the one waitress that did speak english, was very rude and blamed it on the productuon when the resturant itself is responsable for serving clean food. The waitress didnt even apologize for the inconvinience. We did Get a new one but the shrimp was yet again not that clean and the food wasnt to be honest that good. In the beginning when the food first arrived, it did look different from the meny picture. We told the same waitress Where she just ignored. So overral we Where very disappointed. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Will not come back here if we visit Italy(Rome) again!

They yelled at me because I brought a water bottle into the restaurant and drank water from their glass. I could understand if it was wine or beer or coca cola. I just didn't want to order water because i had some. She raised her voice at me when I asked why. I asked her if i was obliged to buy a drink and she said no. I told her my water was finished anyway then, I asked her to put everything to go because she made me feel embarrassed and I didn't want to stay in the restaurant that someone was yelling at me. She told me with the all-you-can eat menu they don't do to go- which I knew and understand but i just felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. After explaining that she could not put it to go she didn't leave my table I asked "are you finished?" And she continued to repeat her point. I said can you leave me in peace to eat? She yelled something and stormed off. Got her coworker. Her coworker approached me and said again that you cannot consume outside drinks- even water otherwise they have to charge me 2€ for "service". I told her i understood and they finally left me alone. I was so shaken by this i couldn't enjoy my break from work. I will never go back. The food is...

The best sushi in Rome! And I say this from the bottom of my heart after trying a million other places. I first learned about this restaurant through a delivery app a couple of years ago, and it's been love ever since! The first few months after discovering this restaurant, we couldn't stop ordering because EVERYTHING is so delicious, without exception. There wasn't a single dish that we didn't like! In the restaurant itself, you can take advantage of the "all you can eat" option and get to know the menu better. The fish is all very fresh and tasty, all the sushi is simply 100/10!
