Be careful if you buy online and collect in store. They are refusing to give me a refund for the caparra paid for two objects, even though I cancelled the sale within the 5 day limit. They claim the 5 days run from the day they sent the email with a payment request to me. Bloody ridiculous, the five day booking is counted from the day I have paid them, which is the date on the order. I have checked this with other mercatino shops and they confirmed that I should be reimbursed, it is the date on the order that counts. Anyway, the lack of customer care service is astonishing. They could not care less if they loose a longstanding customer. However, I will fight for my money even if I have to use legal advice. How petty and low to behave like this for 40euro...

I stopped going to this place because of some very rude staff. Most of them look miserable, frustrated and angry working at this place except very “few”, “hard to find” friendly ones. A guy working at clothing department is the worst of all. He’s bichy to you for NO reason when all you did was being courteous and smiley every single time when you had something to do with this guy. One should be bichy to him just like he does to you to receive some politeness. Or the word “politeness” doesn’t exist for this guy that he clearly doesn’t know what that means. If you want to be moody and bi*chy, don’t work for a place where you need to interact with your customers, alright? Don’t expect to find who knows what here. You will probably remain very disappointed if you come to check out this mercatino from somewhere far. Not worth a...

Despicable behaviour of this mercatino today. I received a mail today to confirm availability of a glass vase. Even though one has 24 hrs to pay as written in the email, I did an immediate bank transfer. When I phoned this afternoon to find out why I did not receive a confirmation of my order, I was told the object was sold in the shop?

When someone sells your object that you paid for to another person, this is called theft. Let's see what Camera di Commercio has to say about this disgusting behavior..... Its obvious they have preferred customers in the shop for whom they would cancel orders of customers online and steal their objects they already paid for.
