La pasta fresca ripiena merita veramente tanto, la sfoglia dei ravioli è una delle migliori assaggiate e nel ripieno si sente tutta la qualità. Riferimento storico per la pasta fresca per San Giovanni ma direi per tutta Roma. Troverete pasta fresca di tutti i tipi e anche lasagne e cannelloni da infornare. Tutte "cose buone": se poi volete sapere le mie preferite, i classici ravioli ricotta e spinaci e cacio e pepe, le lasagne al ragù e, solo se disponibili, i ravioli di pesce!
