We ate here just once based on a recommandation. Honestly, not impressed. We booked a table for two outside on google, when we arrived there, they couldn't find the booking. Another person came and said that his colleague was an apprentice and that's why the confusion. When we were finally seated, I asked for a table more under the umbrella, vis-a-vis from the entrance. They replied that all are reserved. One hour later, when another couple arrived (Italian speaking), they were offered a table under the umbrellas, from the other side of the door. The English is good, but I had the impression that was just one person that spoke English. There was a young lady, she just showed with the hand, no speaking... They do have the menus in English, which is very handy. Anyhow, this is less important... For the service, they came after a loooong time to take the order and my aperitivo arrived very late. The terrace was full, which is understandable. The food is good, delicious, but I was not impressed. Overall, it was okay, but I visited previously other restaurants around the corner where food is way better, staff super amazing and atmosphere extraordinary. I felt like just an ordinary client, like it woudn't matter if I...

I found this great place while a weekend trip to rome directly after my arrival and immediatly felt welcomed to this great City. I visited Ceccacci twice so far and had Pizza, Burger, Bruschetta and the best Tiramisu ever. The wine card is also satisfying (Beer Card looks worth to taste, too!) and the people are warm and welcoming, including a great Spa recommendation! Last but not least the restrooms are also bright, clean and well maintained, which is just confirming the experience of the whole location.

Mile Gracie!

Site note 1: I also tried the same Pizza at Piazza Navona and my clear winner with distance is Ceccacci!

Site note 2: Staying a bit outside the city center (me in Hotel Cilicia) Ceccacci is on a direct walking route...

Went there on our first day in rome ( next to our hotel) for a dinner and was.impressed with there pizza and pasta . Quality and service was superb. We made second visit after 2 days and this time we were not been served properly. Our pizza came after 50 minutes and that too after 2 reminders from me. They were focused in serving big families or take away orders and did not care for our 1 pizza order at all. I asked manager very politely that we are waiting for our order and he was making angry faces and saying something to his staff member in Italian. I really feel too bad and wished to leave right away. Instead of 5 stars reduced to 2 stars only for there bad hospitality and...

We came to this restaurant without recommendations, we were just walking through the neighbourhood and we went in, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the attention of the waitress was very efficient, she recommended us the option of the appetizer which even had vegetarian options! Everything was perfect, the girl who served us was very nice and friendly.
