La Carrozzeria — Restaurant in Rome

Walking in the restaurant is nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, they don't have a brittish menu, but they gave us a qr code to scan so we can get an electronic menu. My partner had the shaved pork knuckle which he said was good and I had the double bacon cheese burger with chips. When my burger came out it was on paper and you can see the fat and blood dripping off. (Sorry not my idea of a burger) when I asked the lady about all the pink in the burger she said that in Italy that's how they make them. If I had known this I would not have ordered it. A nice place though its a bit chaotic. I guess that's the charm as well. Spent about €6 for 0,5l of beer. A bit sad that most of the beers were foreign. I would've lost to taste the local flavor rather than German ones. Food was good but as said, a bit chaotic. Main dishes and starters were being served in between each other. Un'esperienza gustosa e accogliente a La Carrozzeria Beer & Food

La mia visita a La Carrozzeria Beer & Food con gli amici è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, caratterizzata da sapori autentici e un'atmosfera accogliente. Abbiamo iniziato con le chips fatte in casa, disponibili in due gusti deliziosi: gricia e semplice. Croccanti e saporite, hanno dato il via a un pasto straordinario.

Abbiamo poi assaggiato una selezione di panini, ognuno con ingredienti unici e deliziosi. Il Motore, con il suo succulento hamburger di manzo, guanciale croccante e uovo tritto al rocchio di bue, ha conquistato il palato di tutti. Il Stop, con l'armoniosa combinazione di hamburger di manzo, scamorza affumicata, melanzane alla base e salsa pizzaiola, è stato un altro trionfo culinario. Ma ciò che ha veramente rubato il cuore è stato il Pulled Pork, con il suo maiale sfilacciato cotto a bassa temperatura, le cipolle croccanti e la salsa BBQ ricca e succulenta.

Il personale è attento e cordiale, creando un'atmosfera calorosa e familiare che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.
