Antica Ostia Lido di Ostia — Restaurant in Rome

Went there during our class Trip, got the worst food ever. We had a salad as an entry, they were no toppings only salad, it tasted like see water, it was disgusting. The main dish were three meat balls with tomato sauce, tho the vegetarians got a whole pizza. It was not filling and not tasty. The dessert were fruits, some of them were already rotten. We paid per person 15€. This is the worst restaurant to choose for class meals. Also there were grasshoppers in the restaurant....

This restaurant seems to be very under rated. Staff are very friendly, prices are very reasonable, there are also a variety of menu options. Table service is rapid and English is spoken. Granted, this restaurant isn't as glamorous as those located around the nearby pedestrian area of via Lucio Coilio, but for a nice family meal without spending too much this was a good choice. A three course dinner would cost 15 to 25 Euro. Prices for a takeaway pizza were...
