We were looking for a place to eat lunch on our first full day in Rome when we stumbled upon La Pagnottella Gourmet. It seems to have been a very popular place among locals and tourists, as it was very crowded when we were there! We were trying to figure out what we wanted off of the Italian menu, and one of the employees saw us struggling a bit and kindly offered us the English menu. It was still hard to decide what we wanted, as we weren't sure what some of the items on the menu were! We each finally decided on a panini, and were surprised at how huge they were! From the small terrace tasted this delicious sandwich gourmet. I tasted my favorite sandwich Toscano with finocchiona, tomato, salad, provola cheese and truffle oil. They have Contact QR code system easy to order and quickly from your smartphone Profesional Staf , this location don’t have toilets for 👨🏻‍🦼. it is not very busy and the terrace is on the road, ideal for a quick snack, and close to the interests shops. We were really excited to come here after meeting the manager yesterday and seeing the reviews of the restaurant - but unfortunately today the manager wasn’t here and the employee working did not give great customer service: said they didn’t have Coke Zero when they do and had to point out, didn’t print our receipt properly as had run out of paper, waited to ask for our mains and no one came to take our order and just did not seem very professional, so sadly we left after our drinks and starter, but hopefully will get to try the paninis...
