There were two women at the front that started to take our orders.
One was an Asian lady and another non Asian lady. I ordered an Affogato and the non Asian lady took the order but cleay displayed that she did not want to make it. There was a lot of negative body language as it was being prepared. When the espresso was done and it was time to put the gelato in, a piece of it landed on her bare hand and she proceeded to scoop it into my cup anyway.
After finishing my order, she took my daughter's order, which was also an Affogato. On this one, the same lady expressed even more frustration that she had to create yet another Affogato that the Asian lady chimed in, in Italian. I don't know what she said but given how obvious what was going on with the service, she probably told her to chill out or something similar. The other lady came back with the second Affogato. I would have liked to say something good about the coffee, but we were so put off by the condescending behaviour and attitude of the person at the counter/barista. He ignored our presence for the first few minutes, and then finally he addressed us with an extremely arrogant 'What??'...which apparently was his way of taking our order, which was followed by few more rude orders regarding where to wait and sit.
