We have now been there for three days. First night a woman did serve us. She was polite and helpful. Second night a guy served us. He was very rude and almost didn’t want to serve us. He ended up accepting that we wanted dessert. Especially when a local couple came we were air to him. Third night it was again the guy. He was even more rude tonight. Had good time to speak to Italian people but didn’t have time to hear what we wanted to eat. Yesterday and today the food wasn’t what we expected at that price. We got way better food other places at way cheaper price. After I got a piece of meat that was raw I asked to get it better. It came back the same piece as I did send out and it was completely dry but still some of it was raw. So they lost us for tomorrow where we had plans for a day with 3 different things to eat. Never have I felt so bad in a...
Read moreIf you aren't local avoid this place. The male server was arrogant and extremely inhospitable. We are quiet and respectful tourists and have never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant in our lives, feeling guilty for even bothering to enter. The service was good both times, accounting for how busy they were Saturday evening, but the food unfortunately was not so good. Pasta was too salty, perhaps a personal preference so no issue. However, the picanha was cut way too thin and therefore was overcooked. It wasn't rested long enough so the bed of greens it was presented on were horribly wilted and unappealing. They did take our feedback into account regarding the final bill and unlike many establishments in Rome, no mandatory service fee was charged, so 3 of 5 stars. I'm certain there are many other fantastic items on the menu, we just got...
