Amazing! Recommend 100%! Mave is an true artist! My son had strawberry and banana first then got a second cup of strawberries and red fruit! The best we've had anywhere! I had a flavor of Mave's invention called the Istanbul, it was absolutely delicious and unlike any other ice cream flavor I've had full of flavor.

Was craving for a gelato and found this small gelateria, the owner is super friendly and explain well for the ingredients. The best thing is that they also have the option for pistacchio vegano 👍 and for those who aren't avoiding dairy, they use the top quality of dairy.

Matteo è un professionista dopo aver assaggiato i suoi dolci ,lo trovo a esprimersi sul gelato e ne esce degnamente vincente . È molto attento al cliente a fare assaggiare i suoi gusti a tostare personalmente le nocciole di Viterbo a spiegare sempre cosa si sta mangiando e come è fatto ,ormai sono 4 volte che vado e porto anche altre persone ed il parere è soddisfacente . È tutto buono e poi da buon frequentatore del Fax Factory non posso che consigliare il gusto caffè ,che è proprio un altra cosa e sembra di stare alla caffetteria . Complimenti per la passione che metti nel tuo lavoro e per la professionalità.Complimenti per tutto 😉.P.S.Matteo ti da una schedina che per ogni 10 gelati consumati ne hai in omaggio uno 🍦🍧🍨.

The gelato was wonderful and so was the owner of the shop. He took the time to explain each of his creations in his display and even offered a tast of a new cherry gelato that he was working on. He truly enjoyed his craft. I would reccomend to anyone to Rome that they...
