Lunch Music — Restaurant in Rome

I liked the selection of food they have for the "menu of the day." I was there for lunch. For 7-euro, you get a selection of first (primi), second (secondi) & a side (contorni). Or you could get 2x seconds and a side for 7.50-euro. Or any other combinations for some appropriate pricing adjustments. And the food were tasty. (Doesn't include drinks, though.) For the rest of my stay since I had wanted to go back. But was never in the area. The staff were all friendly and helpful. This was important to me as I was so obviously not a local, and they made it very stress-free and easy for me to understand. The street it was on was a pretty quiet residential street. But the main road and a park were just a stone's throw away. And walking distance to St John Lateran...

It’s a very quaint breakfast and lunch spot hidden in a local neighbourhood where I had the best breakfast while I was in Rome. We made our way here after a tour of the Coliseum. It was fantastic, no tourists except us. We were surrounded by locals enjoying espresso, prosecco and spritz. We had an amazing caprese salad with a recommended sandwich. Insanely reasonable with friendly staff and quality ingredients....
