NINO Pizzeria Bistrot — Restaurant in Rome

We were staying nearby at an AirBNB and were looking for a non-touristy pizza place. We were greeted by the friendly owners who made suggestions for pizza toppings we probably would not have ordered on our own. We tried a caramelized onion white pizza, a vegetable pizza with eggplant, broccoletti and zucchini and a Margherita pizza with sausage. All were amazing! We also tried a delicious fried rice ball with cheese and meat inside. We loved the pizza crust so much that we brought home baked crust with a little olive oil on it so we can have it the next day with mozzarella. I have chosen this place because it was the only one which served pizza before the noon in the vicinity and it had really good reviews. The place was cozy and clean and the service was nice and friendly and that was what I have been looking for! The pizza I have ordered was super delicious and I think it was the best one I have ever eaten. The pizza dough was crispy, yet not dry – it was simply amazing. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted incredible. I will wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant to my friends, and I will visit it every time...

This is a must stop for pizza lovers that is away from tourist areas. A unique small shop that has the best pizza I’ve had in Italy. We enjoyed it so much that we went twice in a week. If you want an authentic local neighbored feel with quality Italian service, pay them a visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
