Food was decent, nothing to write home about except maybe for the spaghete ala putanesca and the fettuccina al ragu bianco di vitella. So far it should have scored a 4 star rating. Service, however, was a let down. Had to ask for extra napkins, tableware was dirty, not even a single smile. Locals were queuing outside, not sure what the hype is all about. P.S. You can have a huge “all you can eat” lunch here for just €8 in the weekday which is perfect if you want a quick, cheap and filling lunch. There are 3 kinds of pasta available, about 5 different kinds of chicken and beef and over 8 kinds of vegetables. The best dish was the cream pasta with minced meat and the baked zucchini with parmesan. You can get water or wine for extra charge. Some pasta was abit hard but not a big problem, it’s cooked in large quantity.

I like this place, it is friendly and the food is good too. Peperoncino offers a fixed price lunch, self service for 8 euros during the week, 10 at the weekend. Too crowded and the self service food is cheap but not the best. Despite this I think they have had a good vision for this area. Tourists on the way to the beach can taste some simple but tasty and cheap Italian food.
