Our meal began with a starter of delicately fresh sea bream tartar & perfectly crispy zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, shrimp to die for in every bite. Presented on a bed of freshly made pesto.

The main course, Smoked pasta with sea bass and bottarga that paralyzed our senses from star to finish!!!! paired with a rich, Sauvignon Blanc wine from the Sudtirol-Alto Adige region.

The dessert, was the perfect end to a flawless dining experience.

I was in this restaurant few days and was thinking to leave my review or not. Then I was reading other reviews and noticed that management is not pleasant when people leave reviews of how they felt if this restaurant they respond with very nasty attitude and they pay so much attention at people reviews rather then to pay At attention at food they make or service. There are multiple issues that I noticed while dinning in Pescado :

1. very poor beverage selection, they had only 1 unknown brand of tequila and 1 unknown brand of whiskey ( if you want to stay in good rating have to keep up with selection)
2. very slow service, needed to wait for plates for few min on shared meals
3. on ordered meals with specific requests on souse they still made completely opposite souse
4. fish selection is very poor , my table was first one for dinner and they had only 1 normal fish that someone took it ( if you are in restaurant business and you know that you have a lot of tourists coming in you should keep more then 1 of each fish kind) basically had order fish that I didn’t want and didn’t like how they cooked it anyway.
