If you’re staying in Pigneto you cannot beat this place, the taste is 5 star, the prices very affordable. I ate here twice in 2 days and got a takeaway pizza right after my evening meal. The Carbonara pasta is delicious and is only 10 euros! The pizza by weight is also very affordable and delicious! I only wish I got the opportunity to try their lasagne but I discovered this place too late in my trip. The whole time I was at this pizzeria over two days I didn’t hear a single English person which is a good sign :) This is not a tourist trap, real authentic Italian neighbourhood eatery. I am going to edit my food vlog I shot here and it will be up on YouTube in a few weeks. YouTube @ant_shotit

They survived the sub-prime crisis of 2008. The COVID. The Global Warming. Pay them a visit and quote “Cinquecinquanta” (5,50 in Italian). They will get it.

The owner "Ahmed" is one of the most friendly persons I met during my stay in Rome, he refused to take money from me the first time I ate at his restaurant me and my wife, after a long negotiation he took just 5 euro over 10 ! He is so sympathetic and funny. The food was good and teasty. I highly recommend this place if you are...
