Made a reservation via their website and came for an early dinner. The interior was white and had nice decor. We were seated quickly and the waiters were great with their service. The main issue is deciding what to eat as they have lots of options for appetizers and pizza. Warning - if you don't like pizza, do not come here. If you like or love pizza, this place is a must try!
Started with an amuse bouche that was an Arancini ball with chicken liver mousse. It was a nice bite to start the meal. Had the potato chips and the mixed fried zucchini flowers, one had cheese on the inside, one had anchovies with cheese and one had ham with cheese. It was a nice mix of 3 different fillings and the batter was light. Next came the pizza. Honestly each pizza was more than enough for 1 person (depends on how hungry you are) and we tried the carbonara (white pizza), diavola (pepperoni) and the capricciosa which had an egg in the middle with olives, mushrooms, artichokes and Parma ham. All 3 were great, crust was perfectly thin and crunchy without being overcooked. Finally ended with the basil and peach panna cotta that had a little ground black pepper on top. They gave us each a taste of tiramisu to end the night.
Definitely recommend this pizzeria when in Rome! It isn't the easiest place to get to (especially if the metro isn't working) but...
Read moreHonestly, a total surprise. First of all, I am not a big pizza fan, but Pizzeria Magnifica was recommended to us by a family friend, so we rolled the dice. This place isn't just about pizza. The appetizers were to die for -particularly the prosciutto and these little fried pucks of delicious cheese. The Carbonara pizza is to beyond magnificent. Seriously: I have died and gone to pizza heaven and it has ruined me for any other pizza. House wines were pretty great for the price, too. Staff was attentive, kind, and professional. Would not hesitate to go back. Terrific...

We just kept ordering our favorites each time and it was always amazing! The owner and staff are excellent hosts that took care of our large group. If we ever visit Rome again, we will definitely stop...
