A mishap with a metal detector at the coliseum caused my filter on my lens to be cracked and stuck. I visited this location and got nothing but professional and courteous service. They managed to remove the filter and send me on my way without losing any time on my trip and more importantly, I was able to keep capturing precious moments with my family. Conosco da molti anni il Centro di Assistenza Nikon Advanced CSA di Claudio Mancini & Co. ma non ero mai stato nella nuova sede di Via San Tommaso D’Aquino, 76. Una sede accogliente dove sono esposti una grande quantità di modelli di fotocamere che raccontano visivamente la storia di una prestigiosa azienda leader nel settore della fotografia con la quale ho avuto l’opportunità di collaborare per diversi anni. Oltre alla bellissima location il personale, altamente qualificato, ha sempre una risposta ai quesiti che il cliente gli pone segno di una grande esperienza maturata negli anni. Ieri sono andato da loro per avere dei consigli su eventuali modifiche da apportare a fotocamere reflex da destinare all’Astrofotografia, un hobby che sto coltivando da qualche mese, e puntualmente ho avuto tutte le risposte ai miei quesiti sia da Claudio che da Simone.
