Ristorante Pizzeria Q20 — Restaurant in Rome

We arrived in this restaurant by accident, because we had our Airbnb nearby. The place is a nice Italian restaurant. A lot of local people were there. Nice local atmosphere. The food was delicious. However the service is quite questionable and I don't know if it was because the waiter saw we weren't Italian speakers or maybe it was an accident, but when we paid and got our final reciep we had some bread counted that we never ordered. I mean it wasn't much, but counting something we never ordered is quite a bad move. Maybe if it was an "obligated" plate that everyone had to order, we would have understand it, but in that case it would be nice to have it brought to us. However the food was amazing, the prices were okay too. Just bring google lens with you if you are not Italian speakers and don't hesitate to translate the reciep...

If you’re a tourist, avoid. I walked in with two kids at 12:12, after waiting outside and being told the kitchen opens at 12. All crew seems to be having their meal and asked to wait, which we didn’t mind. After they finished their meal, another 20 minutes passed by and they gave us menus. Another 20 passed by, no one came. As soon as locals sat at the table right next to us, waiter appeared out of thin air, brought menus, had lovely convo and took their order, literally two feet away from us! Still no one at our table. Good food, but not enough for a second visit. The meal was quite good, prices are ok. But we ordered a meal and got a complete other one. The waitors dont speak much english, but they dont even cared much about a clear conversation (most of the time we need to show him what we wanted to order right on the menu) After we eat (even the wrong we didnt ordered) we wanted to pay.
