Ho scelto questo ristorante perché consigliato da Google per la cucina sana ed in effetti ho trovato molti piatti in linea. Il filetto era buono e una porzione che non esiterei a definire doppia rispetto a quelle cui sono abituata a Firenze, buone e leggere le verdure a vapore. Ottima la torta di mele fatta da loro ed il pezzo forte sono i vini, anche al bicchiere, che il proprietario-sommelier mi ha fatto scegliere fra 4 assaggi. Ambiente nuovo e arredo che rievoca gli anni 40, molto gradevole. Ho cenato da sola, ma la calda accoglienza e la gentilezza mi hanno fatto rilassare e godere la cena senza sentirmi un pesce fuor d’acqua. Buon posto per riunioni anche infrasettimanali con amici. Il prezzo non è affatto elevato, sia per l’ambiente (siamo a Prati), sia per le quantità (circa 400 grammi di filetto), sia per la qualità delle materie prime (carne e vino).
