The Burger Factory Roma — Restaurant in Rome

The Burger Facotry of Rome was a nice experience. my friend and I ordered Mr.Hyde which has a unique Italian touch by adding eggplant and tomato sauce.

The staff was really nice and the place strictly follow covid’s precautionary procedures, which is professional from them. For example, they would ask you to leave your mask on your pocket when you eat, not on your hand or the table. However, as menus are not available now, we were asked to check their instagram or Facebook for menu, which in my opinion isn’t the most practical option.

My friend, who is used to classic burger, liked his order, but he wished it has tomato and lettuce in it.

In the end we got offered complimentary dessert, meringue cookies, which was a nice touch.

Stopped in here to get a taste of home as we had eaten pizza and pasta all week, and this place did not disappoint. The bacon cheeseburger was very very good, the beef was fresh and well seasoned. The environment is nice and cozy and the staff is excellent. Alessandro not only gave us some excellent recommendations of his own food, but of some great spots nearby and some great dishes to try. We spent the next few days trying various recommendations and loved coming back to chat about what we liked. Il locale è discreto e la carne è buona, ma la considerazione per il cliente sotto lo zero. La carne doveva essere rigorosamente al sangue nonostante tutti la volessero cottura media; ad una mia amica è arrivata una tagliata talmente al sangue che c'era un dito di spessore di salsa barbecue sopra per coprirlo. Capisco la necessità in cucina, ma eravamo solo noi e altri due tavoli da quattro, quindi nessun motivo in particolare per chiedere cotture uniformi (e comunque anche tutte medie è uniforme, ma non andava bene lo stesso). Non molto professionale. Per trascorrere una serata in tranquillità si può fare, ma niente di memorabile.

Modifica dopo la risposta del proprietario: un consiglio potrebbe essere dato nella maniera "per questo taglio la cottura è al sangue, cuocerla di più significa che potrebbe non essere buona come dovrebbe" e a quel punto lasciar decidere il cliente. Ripetere 4 volte in 60 secondi che la cottura è al sangue e che altre cotture non sono contemplate non è dare un consiglio. Ho letto anche altre risposte e capisco che un parere non 100% positivo non fa piacere, ma non sto discutendo la qualità della carne che era buonissima (come ho già scritto), solo...
