I don't know if it's a problem with tourists, but we were deceived and both the waiter and the owner didn't care about the criticism made during the meal.

We ordered the fettuccine with the house name's, the house dish shouldn't have a mistake, right? Wrong.

The dish described on the menu was with guanciale and artichoke. It came with zucchini. We complained, the waiter said they ran out of artichoke and left us with that. If we hadn't said anything, we wouldn't have known and asking didn't help much either.

We also ordered another pasta dish with the description of "fresh anchovies". It wasn't. We went to complain again and only received one. "Of course it is." For us, it was canned sardines.

We also ordered a pizza for my son, we concluded that this really isn't the house specialty. Didn't waste our time complaining.

The juice, freshly squeezed, was great. One star for the juice.

I do not complain about restaurants, I've had my own, I know it's not easy.

But in this case, I needed it.

Maybe this is just a warning for tourists.

Service was disappointing. As the owner of two food establishments, I believe simply telling customers to “scan the QR code for the menu” is not the right way to welcome guests. Nobody came to offer drinks or check if I needed anything, so we almost left—until a friendly gentleman confirmed they did have gluten-free pizza.

We ordered one gluten-free and one regular pizza, and both were excellent, and and well priced. Unfortunately, due to the lack of attentive service, we didn’t feel inclined to stay...
