The outdated vibe and dish presentations must be spruced up, but the menu is top-notch, and the service is excellent. Located on a quiet, unassuming street, the Ripasso Vin Bistrot offers a charming spot for a pleasant supper. Although the restaurant's ambience and dish presentations could benefit from modernization and more attention to detail, the menu and excellent service make it a worthwhile dining experience. I opted for the egg cooked at 60 degrees with truffle that I loved, but I had to go creative to eat it because it was served with a not user-friendly plate. As the main dish, I had the yummy crusted beef that was perfectly cooked and presented. As usual in Rome, I always like to try the tiramisu, and the Tiramisu Classico provided by the Ripasso Vin Bistrot is, on average, well done but nothing unforgettable. The wine list offers interesting choices, and we opted for a great bottle of Sauvignon "Bosco della Donna". Overall, the price aligned with the other offers in this city area, which I consider over-expensive.

Locale rustico, arredato stile industriale, in una zona molto centrale e pertanto è molto difficile trovare parcheggio. Ho mangiato qui un sabato a cena e l’ambiente era parecchio rumoroso con alcune tavolate di 6-8 amici e poca riservatezza per le coppie, ma tutto sommato l’ambiente era gradevole. Il servizio è stato lento specialmente appena arrivati ci hanno messo una manciata di minuti per chiederci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa (?). Poi una volta seduti il menù abbiamo dovuto chiederlo dopo più di 10 minuti di attesa al tavolo, inoltre anche per ordinare abbiamo dovuto richiamare il cameriere dopo altrettanti minuti. Al contrario, la cucina è riuscita a recuperare il tempo di attesa con la squisitezza dei piatti: buonissima la tartare di Fassona e le polpette di Chianina, davvero deliziose e speziate. Anche un semplice piatto di paccheri in salsa con burrata l’hanno reso gustoso e armonioso. Da encomio il manzo in crosta con fichi e tartufo 👏🏻La scelta di vini è ampia ma con prezzi alti a partire da un minimo di 25€ per bottiglia a salire. Nel complesso la serata è stata piacevole e mi ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo culinario. Ho già voglia di tornare!

A very nice place! The dish was really tasty and well prepared — the pasta was tender, and the sauce had a rich, flavorful taste. I also counted the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to my review — it was super convenient and fast! I totally recommend trying this calorie tracking tool — it makes it so easy to keep an eye on your nutrition and know exactly what you eat.

I’ve been on vacation in Italy for two weeks and I had this for the first day, I can’t stop thinking back to it. I had the Tagliolini, Gorgonzola cream and blueberry sauce, and oh my gosh, it was so good. I sound so corny right now but no joke. It was fresh and tasted like actual pasta, the texture and everything felt home cooked. The sauce was so so good, and the blueberry sauce paired so well with it. I never thought I’d like a mix like that but it was so good. I came with a group of four and we all got different things. Everything was just so good 🤤 Portions are a little small and a bit expensive for them, but the atmosphere and setting is cute. The store location is a bit random and weird though. Servers were nice as well....

Selected this restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday, and very glad I did. The food was excellent, I started with the Crème Brulee Di Fegatini Di Pollo, and I’d go back just for that. Friends divided a Di Salumi E Formaggi, and it was also really good. For a main I had the Guancia Di Manzo Brasata Al Vino Rosso Con Crema Di Patate, also excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, wine was excellent. Hope to go...
