I felt like we were in a hotel cafe or a restaurant cafe. Service is great. Ordered hot chocolate pistachio flavor and it was excellent. Mini calzoni was warm when served, the plate they have kept it warm. And everything was served altogether with water and tissues, and the fresh orange juice for hubs, wow As I rarely find cafes that serves fresh orange juice.
