I want to start positive: the staff was very friendly and the vibe around was pleasant. Unfortunately for us the food wasn’t that good. I had the lasagna which tasted very dull and was soft like baby food. It didn’t taste fresh, I felt as if they might have heated it up again. My friend had the risotto spinach which was ok but the portion was very small. The starter, a vegetable soup and carpaccio were really good tho, we did have to add some salt to it. The desserts were amazing, I had the chocolate cake, they did forget the vanilla sauce but that’s no problem it was still good none the less. The water that I asked for our dogs was very warm but i defo didn’t want to make that an issue because I see the water as a bonus. One thing was after this dinner my friend and I both started having upset stomachs and slight nausea for 3 days. I don’t know if we were just unlucky because the reviews are really good for this restaurant. One big plus is: they’re dog friendly!

This place is infested with flies and they'll fly all over your food, and body. I was spending more time squatting them away than enjoying my food. Hey owners, do something about it! Grab a buzz racket and get a hold of this situation. I had the pizza which was horrible. The dough was not chewy but hard, and it takes a while to cut a piece. Barely any tomatoes on it. The service was nice but the entire night was ruined by flies and horrible pizza. Don't bother going there unless you love flies on your food.

Il locale si trova poco distante dal centro di Ortisei in una posizione strategica sulla strada principale, comoda per fare tappa a pranzo in viaggio senza deviare dal percorso. Ci sono dei parcheggi molto vicini al locale e abbiamo trovato rapidamente posto. Il menù è abbastanza classico: non abbiamo mangiato male ma nessuno dei piatti che abbiamo provato ci ha colpito particolarmente. Il personale è stato cordiale ma il servizio purtroppo ci ha lasciati insoddisfatti: oltre ai tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi, abbiamo più volte fatto delle richieste al personale venendo purtroppo ignorati (ad esempio del pane in più, alcune posate mancanti, del latte per macchiare un caffè). Non siamo stati trattati male ma sono state delle mancanze che non ci hanno fatto percepire molta attenzione da parte del personale. Probabilmente siamo stati sfortunati ad avere un tavolo decentrato, dove la presenza del personale non era moltissima. Considerando i prezzi della zona, conto correttissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Nel complesso non ci partirei apposta, ma se capitate in zona nella pausa pranzo è senz’altro una buona soluzione.

Don't go please, you will make yourself a favor. Horrible oily pizzas with low quality canned ingredients.

We were passing by and stopped for dinner.

This was the most disgusting pizza that we have ever tasted. We are from Portugal, and despite we don't know how to make pizzas there, this was even worst than the worst pizza I have ever eaten in Portugal.

Come on people, after you guys read this review and if even after that you decide to go and have the worst Italian experience on your life, come here and be honest and real by supporting this review and making your own real review.

I hope you don't support these high rated reviews that I cannot figure out how it's possible to anyone rate...

Such an inhospitable experience (we've only had very warm and welcoming resturant visits in the Dolomites until now). We were told there would be a 20-minute table wait, which we were happy to wait for. However, during that time, we weren’t offered a drink menu or checked on once while patiently waiting in full view of the staff. Meanwhile, we watched several other guests who arrived after us get seated.

40 minutes went by and not a single person checked in, there was no update and no acknowledgment, so we left.
