Awesome restaurant in central part of Senigallia, small and cosy inside, beautiful building. It's pretty quiet inside, so the atmosphere is amazing and also professional staff. Now, about food, this restaurant has a 50% fish-50% meat menu, and both of them they prepare very well . I've tried here Tagliolino Scampi e Timo, Entrecote di Vitello, and Cantuci as desert. Everything was well presented, tasty and made from fresh , high-quality ingredients. They also have a good variety of vine and a full bar with different drinks inside. I think this place offers a good balance between price/quality. I've enjoyed every minute when I was inside. This restaurant is perfect for a family dinner or a romantic date . We visited Ristorante Lambertina for the last night of the Summer Jamboree this August. All other restaurants were fully booked, but we were lucky to find a table at Lambertina. No sooner than we had sat down the rain started pouring down, and we sat comfortably protected by the large umbrellas at Lambertina, so for us it was only cosy with the rain. The service was very good, and the food was excellent. We started with the carpaccio with truffles; for the main, we had the tagliata. The tagliata was so tasty, and the meat was of very high quality - so tender! We enjoyed some nice wine, and the entire meal was the best we had in Senigallia during our time there. Mi chiamo Giuseppe Frezza e vengo da Como, sono stato con la mia compagna la settimana scorsa presso il ristorante Lambertina a Senigallia; confesso che al primo impatto non ero rimasto particolarmente impressionato, avevamo fame e siamo andati nel primo posto che abbiamo trovato. Ebbene, devo dire che siamo stati molto fortunati, ci siamo trovati bene da tutti i punti di vista. Come entrata hanno offerto un bignè con crema di formaggio ( almeno mi sembra di ricordare, purtroppo ahimè non ricordo tutti gli ingredienti ) che era buonissimo, era piccolo e temevo ( dato che il locale è davvero bello e ben curato ) che tutte le porzioni fossero piccole, timore che è stato ben presto fugato dalle portate successive, abbondanti il giusto. Come antipasto ho preso un baccalà mantecato con tartufo, nocciole e pomodorini e, come ho detto anche a cameriere, è stato un vero godimento, era tutto veramente buonissimo con materie prime di qualità assoluta; la mia compagna ha preso un carpaccio di bianca marchigiana e l'ha divorato letteralmente, confermando a sua volta la bontà del piatto; come primi lei ha preso spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga e io tagliolini al ragù di mare con cozze, vongole e un sugo di crostacei che era spettacolare, ho fatto fuori tutto il pane per finirlo tutto perchè era un peccato lasciarlo. Come dolce la mia compagna ha preso una millefoglie alla ricotta fatta in casa buonissima e io un gelato alla crema con coulis di frutta, non sono un fanatico dei dolci ma anche in questo caso sono rimasto più che soddisfatto. La mia ultima paura era legata al prezzo, avevo mangiato veramente bene in un posto bello e temevo la ''pettinata'', in realtà anche il conto è stato onestissimo; volevo spendere 2 parole anche per il servizio, il personale è stato molto attento, professionale e soprattutto simpatico, tanto in Manuel ( il ragazzo con cui abbiamo avuto più a che fare ) che nell'altro signore di cui non conosco il nome. Ho infine avuto il piacere di conoscere lo chef, Davide, di cui ho apprezzato la semplicità nei modi senza pose da grande chef.
