Tried this place for a family lunch and I can confirm it is worth the hype. The setting is super informal but well thought - a perfect example how a "trattoria" should look like - there are very few tables during the winter time making the entire experience really intimate (I would recommend making a reservation because of that). Decided to try as many of the dishes available and didn't left disappointed. The "seppie a tagliatella" is a must try, especially for the way the squid is cut. Also, if you like that fish, try the "seppioline con crema di patate" a simple but perfect combination. The main "tagliolini" was also great in taste as was the "razza with cicoria". All dishes tasted fresh and well balanced. The only downside was the "Pane and sgombro" that is served cold, I was expecting a warm appetizer but I've learned later that this wasn't the case. The wine selection is good and the desserts proposed were au pair with the rest. They even made the "moretta" coffee for us. On a side note, we had two kids at the table and the server, also the co-owner of the place, had no issues making them comfortable. I will certainly come back here for dinner next time in town.

I never thought I would leave a review for a quaint a little restaurant like this but our random stop to get something to eat in this place was One of our best experiences in Italy. The proprietors were engaging, interesting, and authentic. They are not only restaurant owners but also the farmers who grow the grains and grapes that are served in this incredible establishment. Their agricultural operation is 100% organic and the strain of wheat that they use is an ancient strain that is virtually gluten-free. The gnocchi, salads, and the zucchini fusilli were incredible. Do not come to Verucchio without stopping at Trattoria Vino e Cibo!

It is one of our favourite!!! The expression of yummy is rather modest for what you experience as food quality as well as the modest owner and waitress who are serving you. Having said this one also should thank to the kitchen personal for their artworks with food. Personally I recommend everyone who likes see food kitchen and is around Senigallia to make their own experience with this lovely Trattoria. Don’t forget to book a table before you intend to visit.

As a rule, I only write reviews when I have had excellent food, but this time I have to make an exception. At Vino and Cibo I have been coming with some regularity for more than 10 years. Not very often because it is often full when you call to make a reservation. We have always eaten extremely well there and the atmosphere of this small seafood restaurant (about 20 covers and in summer also 4 tables outside) is cozy. The service is informal but very pleasant. Also this time, the plates were beautifully prepared and the combinations were surprising and very appealing, but there was far too much salt used. Two people in our party had stingray as an appetizer and there was probably a lot of sea salt ground over it at the end, because a lot of bites were way too salty, but not all of them. My tartare of gamberi rosa was truly delicious. Next, both my table ladies had baccala mantecato. Also a very nice dish, but this time the vegetables were way too salty. I myself had taglioni and, it gets annoying, they too were way too salty. I have never complained about too salty food in a restaurant before, so I am very sure it is not up to me (up to us). So much for the food. I would not have written a review if I were not frustrated with the way the staff handled our comments. Our comments were heard but nothing was done with them. Not even a cup of coffee offered as compensation. Nothing! In a country known for its charming people and above-average hospitality and where I have lived for 17 years now, and eating out is almost always a treat, I have never experienced a food complaint being completely ignored in the end. A severe...
