Sorry will be long story, please read completey with passion. Really annoying, am so angry. Arriving at still quite empty restaurant at shortly after 1930h me and son ordered 1 Antipasto (Cozze Marinara) but forgot to mention extra plate to share it and 2 secondi. He decided for Filetto plus fried patate while I had been looking forward already almost whole day for Fritto Di Mare Misto and chose so. About 2005h Antipasto and 1 of secondi, his filet, were delivered one directly after other. Willingly to savour and appreciate we enjoyed delicious mussels while son had to split attention on both. Btw filet was too well done so less tender as possible but did not comment there on that. Realized too late that were'nt asked what doneness but minor concern. Time passed and my so desired seafood didn't appear like was fogotten. Asked estimated 3 times politely to the waitress, a seemingly 15yo woman unable to english communication and heard repeatedly "appunto" and "arriva". But instead of caring and serving she went increasingly on edge like we were the ones harassing her, treating us impolite and brusque. After 1h was passed and remains of mussels and filet had been cleared away long since I more strongly insisted on my order, later asking for bill without Fritto if not served within now minutes because heading for appointment at 2100h. Allowed to enjoy a restaurant meal without open end? Whithin 1 and 1/2 hour? Okay, better have the whole night time... Impossible to decide, which way different her and our understanding (or interpretation) of "arriva" was that moment (bill or food) but besides she wasn't ready to serve the client patiently and zealously (with love?) she neither searched help by patrone, more expierienced colleagues or chef/kitchen but, as we got to learn, left us in obscurity. Why didn't anybody else come? Come support her. Again: her fault is the minor for she appears a beginner and I don't want to remember all of my own rookie mistakes. The system failed by leaving her alone and not providing her to deliver food ordered over 1h ago! Leaving guest wait for over that time after ordering while restaurant in the beginning was almost empty plus one 2nd meal was delivered same time as antipasto must not be so considering prices and location. Left after +/- 90min without fried seafood paying 53€. Would give it...
Read moreWorst experience of seafood in my life. Terrible service. Lack of flavour and freshness. Small portion and stingy servings I would not recommend this place to anyone. The price was too high for the quantity and quality. You tell me if 5 small prawns for 30 bucks is good for a main. That won't even fill up my gold fish. I'm not one to keep on putting down someone's buisness but when the experience is that bad you can't help but share the worst and hope that for everyone else they may go somewhere better. Read moreOur reserved table was ready for us on arrival. We waited longer than expected before our orders were taken. And a bread basket was given. The food itself was good. Reasonable portions and served hot. A slight delay for one of the four servings which is awkward. Again there was a long wait, longer than previously, before dessert orders were taken. The pana cotta was ordered completely plain no sweet sauces. Settling the bill took absolutely ages!
