I absolutely cannot understand the many good reviews stated before. the taste of the food is to my mind way below average, especially the „pansoti“ pasta was overloaded with a sauce of panna and flour which should be salsa de noci and tasted of nothing - for almost 18 euros a joke the fritto misto constisted to one third of potato chips that were hidden beneath the actual seafood - one could think to make the portion look bigger the positive aspects of this restaurant is the atmosphere of the place it is situated and they were very helpful with preparing food for our baby.

To sum it up - we wouldn‘t go there again and also wouldn‘t recommend it.

In order te react to the response and to specify my first version of this review: to my mind for 22 euros the fritto portion was not big I did not even mention that we were asked after the primo if we wanted a dessert (i suppose our secondo was forgotten), then we waited for almost half an hour for our secondo. one glass was dirty, when mentioned we were generously offered a digestivo, which was then again fortgotten at first, then asked for, then again forgotten and brought after maybe 10 minutes...

All this together with a medium to low quality-price ratio (to my mind) sums up to a rather...

Had lunch with my family there and I'm disappointed with the experience. The food wasn't bad unlike the service. First, the waiter was grumpy, didn't make sure if he took our order correctly. I made it clear, he confirmed, and brought one dish less. Then, nobody took care if everything was ok with the order. When we called him to ask for the missing dish, he brought it when everyone else had already finished. We wanted to pay, but it was impossible to catch eye contact with a waiter to ask for the bill. When we finally asked for the bill, it never came. Plenty of waiters were walking around and nobody gave us our bill. We had to go up to the counter. Then being completely ignored, we asked for the bill, they weren't willing to give us our change. Of course, after such a terrible service we didn't think of praising it with a tip. At the end we weren't even greeted with a goodbye.

Prices were high, food just ok, service...

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per un pranzo tra amici, eravamo in quattro, e posso dire con assoluta sincerità che l’esperienza ha superato ogni aspettativa. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e professionalità, in un ambiente che riesce a coniugare eleganza e calore, creando un’atmosfera autenticamente ospitale e rilassante. Ogni elemento del locale – dalla disposizione dei tavoli all’arredamento, dall’illuminazione all’acustica – contribuisce a rendere il tempo trascorso piacevole e disteso, permettendo di godere appieno del momento conviviale.

Il servizio si è distinto per efficienza e qualità. Il personale ha dimostrato sin da subito una grande attenzione verso il cliente, con una disponibilità che non risulta mai invadente ma sempre puntuale. In particolare, voglio riservare un sentito elogio a Stefania, che ha gestito il nostro tavolo con impeccabile competenza. La sua capacità di essere al contempo precisa, discreta, sorridente e disponibile ha reso l’interazione non solo funzionale, ma anche estremamente gradevole. Ha saputo rispondere con sicurezza e prontezza a tutte le nostre domande, consigliandoci con intelligenza e buon gusto sia sui piatti che sulle bevande.

Dal punto di vista gastronomico, il pranzo è stato un vero trionfo di sapori. Ogni portata è stata preparata con evidente cura, equilibrio e attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti. Le materie prime risultavano freschissime, ben lavorate e valorizzate da una cucina che rispetta la tradizione ma non rinuncia a un tocco di creatività. Le porzioni erano generose ma mai eccessive, e la presentazione dei piatti rifletteva un’estetica raffinata, segno di una brigata di cucina attenta e appassionata.

Un cenno particolare merita il vino della casa, che ci è stato consigliato e che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Spesso si tende a sottovalutare il vino della casa, ma in questo caso è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: un prodotto di qualità, ben bilanciato, con una struttura armoniosa che ha accompagnato perfettamente tutte le portate del nostro pranzo.

L’intera esperienza si è rivelata più che positiva, lasciandoci la sensazione di aver trovato un luogo in cui la qualità del cibo, la professionalità del servizio e la piacevolezza dell’ambiente convivono in perfetto equilibrio. È sempre raro trovare locali in cui si percepisce una gestione appassionata e attenta a ogni dettaglio, ma qui è evidente che nulla è lasciato al caso.

Concludendo, posso affermare senza esitazione che questo pranzo è stato uno dei migliori degli ultimi tempi. Un’esperienza che consiglierei vivamente a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un momento di vera qualità, sia sotto il profilo gastronomico che umano.
