We tried to find out if the salad with salmon has a grilled salmon or the raw and smoked one, as my sister can eat only the grilled fish. The waiter did not understand our question as he did not really speak English, so in the end we asked "il salmone è grigliato?" and he confirmed "si". When we actually got the salad with raw salmon, we told the same waiter that this is not what he told us before, he refused to take it back and asked his colleague for support, with the little Italian I had learned at school, I heard that he lied, explaining her that he had told us that the fish was "affumicato, no grigliato", purely a lie. His colleague who had not even been part of the initial conversation insisted towards us that the other guy had said the fish would be smoked, not grilled, and it is our fault due to lack of understanding and language knowledge, and if we won't accept and eat the dish we would still need to pay for it, as anything that leaves the kitchen must be paid for. Never had such a bad experience in a restaurant!!! My sister ordered a salad with salmon and we asked explicitly if the salmon is grilled or raw as my sister cannot eat any raw fish. After some communication problems because the waiter did not speak any English, we asked him on Italian if it is grilled and he confirmed it. At the end we got the salad with raw fish and the waiter said we did not understand correctly!! They said they won’t take it back and we have to pay for it no matter if my sister can eat it or not. So we were forced to share all our meals to make sure my sister got ANYTHING to eat. Those people should think about the well-being of their costumers or learn English a little bit at least or communicate in ANY better way than that including lying afterwards and not standing for their mistakes. We came here after our day trip to Siena. We’ve been quite early ~19.00, but wasn’t a problem as the restaurant was open. We were able to sit outside as it was euros2024 game day, they were so kind to open another door so we could watch the game easily.

Order was made quickly and the food came as fast as the order! We shared a tasty bruschetta and bresaola carpaccio. For main we had two Pizza and a Pasta dish. In the end we couldn’t resist the Panna Cotta. Everything was very delicious.

However, the two people eating pizza had some stomach problems the next day. Doesn’t need to be because of the pizza in particular, but...
