The food was ok, and the view is very nice, we can't deny this. However, very very poor service, we waited 20 Minutes for someone just to take our order. Once we were done with the Primi, another 20 Minutes with empty plates in front of us. And for the check, 30 minutes from when we asked till the moment we paid. Also, they added a side dish to our bill which they didn't want to remove; we got one liqueur instead as it was that or nothing. And the owner was standing there, not helping while the waiters could clearly do with some help, really unacceptable!

Possibly the best view of the city, certainly the Duomo and food plus hospitality to match. Ate their risotto with yellow pumpkin and crispy pigs cheek, followed by the lamb with grilled veg and was a very happy man. Then ordered the Chocolate Tortino and was blown away. Well worth the 12 minute wait for a perfectly cooked chocolate dessert, crispy on the outside and hot and runny in the middle, with a pistachio ice cream. The wine, a 2013 Castello Di Radda was excellent and so was the coffee. Went back the next night, not something I do normally. Again a lovely tagliatelle dish with a white Ragu of suckling pig, followed by the beef stew (great tender steak with the flavours of the stock all through the meat), followed by a perfect Panna cotta with caramel sauce. Again the 2012 Valiano Chianti classico...

The worst 6 euros I spent in my life! We arrived here late lunchtime, 80% of the terrace was empty, sat down with the plan of enjoying the view while sipping on an aperol spritz. The waiter was unfriendly from the beginning and when he asked what we want to eat I said we just plan to drink here - he said in an arrogant way that it is a restaurant and people don't come here to just have a drink and if he had told him... (He would have not let us sit). I understand this if the place is full and hungry people are waiting to be seated, but come on, we came there to spend our money. This is the worst customer service I experienced in Italy. I would recommend to find another place where they treat you well. They are living off their customers, they should grow up for the job!
