Blum Restaurant — Restaurant in Taormina

Food was outstanding. Service and attention to detail, phenomenal. The setting is beautiful as you get a lovely view of the bay in taormina. The only downside is that it is HOT AF, so the only thing that they could do better is to put some fans out there because if you so the wine pairing ( which you should really do as their selection is phenomenal) you will get hot.

Staff, food, setting were phenomenal. Just put some fond out there. One need ventilation when you are having so much food...

The dinner i had. Me and my partner had amazing evening, every thing was just on the spot. The vibe and atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, the stuff are amazing people they are very nice and caring. But the food, Wow the food is just on another level , every taste were mind blowing. Nous venons de passer une merveilleuse soirée au restaurant Blum avec ma compagne pour son anniversaire.

Le charme du lieu nous a conquis dès le passage de la porte d'entrée, nous avons été guidés, accompagnés et salués par tous le personnel que nous avons rencontré sur le chemin de notre table. Un petit Kiosque à l'écart avec la plus belle vue qui soit sur la plage, l'atmosphère était superbe, la lune, le chant des vagues et la musique dans l'air chaud de cette fin de soirée.

Tout le monde est parfait, la rigueur et l'excellence sont les maîtres mots de ce restaurant.

Les plats sont exquis, finement travaillés et de savants conseils nous ont permis de boire un vin fabuleux.

Nous avons dû partir plus tôt à cause d'un bus qui était à l'avance et le personnel nous a quand même permis de profiter du gâteau d'anniversaire en préparant un .... Avec une bougie. Nous sommes partis triste de ne pas pouvoir profiter de cette fin de soirée qui s'annonçait merveilleuse.
