Das war ein besonderer Abend! Da am nächsten Tag ein Feiertag war und Plätze in guten Lokalen sehr gefragt sind, haben wir über die Webseite am Tag vorher eine Reservierung erbeten. Ohne eine Antwort bekommen zu haben, waren wir um 19 Uhr dort und erfuhren, daß (Überraschung!!) das Lokal komplett ausreserviert sei. Auf den Hinweis, daß wir online reserviert hätten, morgen Tag der Befreiung sei und wir hungrig sind, haben wir, nachdem der Wirt meinte, es wäre so viel zu tun gewesen, er konnte die online Reservierungen nicht bearbeiten, einen Tisch bekommen - ein Erlebnis der speziellen Art!! Die Vorspeisen-Variation war immens umfangreich, unglaublich gut und wir hatten noch je eine Goldbrasse und Wolfsbarsch bestellt. Dazu hatten wir einen Fiano aus Noci - perfect match! Die Fische waren schließlich so frisch und auf den Punkt, daß wir unser Glück kaum fassen konnten. Die Beilagen, gegrilltes Gemüse und Rosmarinerdäpfel taten ein übriges.

Und dann gab's noch Sgroppino mit Limoncello!!!! Abgesehen davon, daß alles zusammen knapp €90 gekostet hat, war die Bewirtung so freundlich und zuvorkommend, daß dieses Lokal ein "MUST" in Taranto ist. Vielen...

Spotted this during the day and returned in the evening. Seating only inside. Small and quickly got full. One lady serving tables, very efficient and friendly. The house red was not available so had a bottle for 10 euros. Shared mussels to start followed by one fried fish and one veal with potatoes and green salad. All fine.
