E STREET — Restaurant in Tivoli

After our visit to Villa d'Este we ran into this tiny gem just in time for a quick lunch. Their pinsotto (mini pizzas made with their homemade crust) were very tasty with just the right crunch. We also tried the burgers, panini along with the pinsotto and all were very good. A reccomended stop for a quick but satisfying meal. Definitely a great value...

Tornando da un viaggio, ci siamo fermati a prendere due panini da portare via. Dopo aver aspettato più mezz'ora per la preparazione, abbiamo chiesto di poterci sedere ad un tavolo esterno di loro proprietà ma posizionato su suolo pubblico ( ricordo che al momento, causa covid, non è richiesto il pagamento della tassa per l'occupazione del suolo pubblico da parte del comune), inoltre non c'erano altre persone fuori dal locale. Il proprietario con un tono piuttosto scocciato ci ha detto di no. Come si può essere così scortesi mi chiedo? I panini sono squisiti! Peccato che i gestori siano così profondamente maleducati.

Consumare un panino non è fare un pic-nic né tantomeno un banchetto. Come si evince dal nome dell'"attività è pacifico mangiarlo per strada. Inoltre l'alternativa proposta dal proprietario poteva essere gentilmente prospettata all'atto della richiesta e non utilizzata come giustificazione solo...

I'd give it 4.5 stars just because they didn't have some of the options in the menu, but everything we ordered was either very good or amazing, all very flavorful! The desserts are to die for, the mousse amaretto is a must try, qnd prices are pretty...
