Da Ugo Pizzelle, Piadine e fritti — Restaurant in Tivoli

Food is good, but we got only fries and wine. We also ordered salads but after waiting 50 minutes we approached the waiter (because no one checked on us in 30 minutes) and we said that we were waiting fot our salads for 50 minutes. The waiter interupted me and started yelling at us then he asked agressivly to pay. We went to the bar to pay. Lady wasn't polite as well. We said we want to pay but without our salads because we didn't get those. She was agressive and said only "what" to let her know what we ate and then without even looking at me showed me a terminal to pay. No thank you, no good bye. This place ja terrible considering people who work there. Food is good. Wine also good. Customer service...

All food came in plastic plates with plastic cutlery. Chicken was cooked at least yesterday. Everything else is Ok. Friendly staff, Prices really cheap

EDIT: Not using plastic cutlery and plastic plates for pizza it's not about providing affordable food for everyone it's about producing less trash. There are plenty of alternatives: paper wood etc if you don't have where to wash Furthermore: From 3 July 2021, single-use plastic plates, cutlery, straws, balloon sticks and cotton buds cannot be placed on the markets of the EU Member States.

You can still be cheap but use fresh ingridients. But as I see you don't see anything wrong with that,...

We are tourists wandering in Tivoli and randomly choose this restaurant, based on the prices. Six-inch individual pizzas were 2 and 3 Euros and most other dishes were similarly priced. They choose a server who spoke English, to take our order. She was friendly and efficient. It didn’t take very long for the orders to be filled and brought to the table. The food was delicious. The crusts were the right amount of crispy on the bottom, but soft throughout. Plenty of toppings on each order. This restaurant was a random choice for us, and was excellent....
